Does it cost anything to take a tour?
No, we are happy to provide a tour to you at no cost.
Do I have to make an appointment or do you accept walk-ins?
No, you do not have to make an appointment to tour, but it is recommended so that you have dedicated time to learn about our apartment community.
How accessible is the management at the local office?
Our office staff is happy to help you during normal business hours. We are open M-F 9am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 5pm. Our community is closed on Sunday.

During which time periods is the pool available for use?
The pool is open from 10am to 10pm
Is parking available?
Yes, we offer on-site parking.
Is your community pet friendly?
Yes, we love your furry friends. We allow up to two pets per apartments. Breed restrictions will apply.
What are the fees associated with having pets?
There is a one-time pet fee of $400 and monthly pet rent of $20. These fees are applied per pet.
Are there weight or breed restrictions on pets?
Yes, we do enforce breed restrictions. Please contact the leasing office for more details.
Is there a pet park?
Garfield Park is just few blocks away.
What appliances are standard?
We offer black and stainless steel appliances that include, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and oven.
Do you offer furnished apartments?
No, we do not.
Do you offer Short Term leases?
We offer leases between 3-15 months.
Do you offer Corporate leases?
Please check with the leasing office.
If I have a package delivered, will you hold it at the leasing office?
No, but we offer parcel lockers.
Are there building quiet hours or fees for using communal spaces?
The quite hours are from 10pm to 5am daily.
