No, we are happy to provide a tour to you at no cost.

Do I have to make an appointment or do you accept walk-ins?

No, you do not have to make an appointment to tour, but it is recommended so that you have dedicated time to learn about our apartment community.

How accessible is the management at the local office?

Our office staff is happy to help you during normal business hours. We are open M-F 9am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 5pm. Our community is closed on Sunday.

How do I apply for an apartment?

You can apply online or in-person

What is your application process?

What happens if I had a previous eviction?

We encourage you to apply if you are interested in leasing one of our apartment homes. For more information please refer to our rental criteria.

How long does it take for an application to be approved?

The approval process can vary, but will usually take 1-3 days.

How much will I pay in up-front costs when I sign the lease?

You will be responsible for an application fee ($50 per person) and Admin fee ($150).

What are my options for paying my rent?

We prefer that you pay your rent online.

How do I pay my rent online?

You may pay your rent online after you set up your resident account.

Are there any monthly fees?

Yes, there are community specific monthly fees. Please check with the leasing office.

Am I required to purchase renter's insurance?

Yes, you are required to have renter’s insurance.

Which utilities (electricity, water, sewer/storm water are included in my rent)?

Utilities are not included in your rent.

Does this community offer a bonus if I was referred by one of my friends?

Friends and family make the best neighbors. We offer resident referrals, please contact the leasing office for more details.

Can I get a price reduction if I sign a longer lease or pay for rent a year in advance?

No, we do not offer a price reduction for paying in advance.

If I transfer from one apartment community to another, will my security deposit transfer to the new community or do I need to pay another security deposit to the new community?

Please check with the leasing office.

Will I be allowed to sublet my apartment?

No, you are not permitted to sublet your apartment

What fees will I need to pay if I have to break my lease?

60 day written notice is required and a lease termination fee equal to one months rent.

What amenities does the property offer?

Multiple swimming pools, BBQ Area, tot lot, tennis court plus so much more!

During which time periods is the pool available for use?

The pool is open from 10am to 10pm

Is parking available?

Yes, we offer on-site parking.

Is your community pet friendly?

Yes, we love your furry friends. We allow up to two pets per apartments. Breed restrictions will apply.

What are the fees associated with having pets?

There is a one-time pet fee of $400 and monthly pet rent of $20. These fees are applied per pet.

Are there weight or breed restrictions on pets?

Yes, we do enforce breed restrictions. Please contact the leasing office for more details.

Is there a pet park?

Garfield Park is just few blocks away.

What appliances are standard?

We offer black and stainless steel appliances that include, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and oven.

Do you offer furnished apartments?

No, we do not.

Do you offer Short Term leases?

We offer leases between 3-15 months.

Do you offer Corporate leases?

Please check with the leasing office.

If I have a package delivered, will you hold it at the leasing office?

No, but we offer parcel lockers.

Are there building quiet hours or fees for using communal spaces?

The quite hours are from 10pm to 5am daily.

What will you do to prepare my apartment before I move in?

Your apartments will be clean and ready for you to move in

Do you have on-site maintenance?

Yes, we offer on-site maintenance, including after hour emergency maintenance.

An item in my unit needs repair. How do I get help?

You can place an maintenance request online or you can call the main office line to submit a request on the phone.

How are maintenance issues handled?

Our residents submit maintenance requests either in the office or online. Our team will work diligently to take care of this issues as soon as possible.

Do I have to be present for a service technician to perform work?

No, you do not have to be present for a workorder to be completed.

What happens if I am locked out?

You can contact the leasing office or the on-call team if you are locked out after hours.
